Welcome to Del Collective — a creative platform home to multiple small, heartfelt brands, including Perfectly Imperfect Corner (PIC). These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, interactions, and website use across Del Collective and any brand operating under it.

By accessing our website or purchasing from any Del Collective brand, you agree to these terms.

 

1.1 Who We Are

Del Collective is a creative umbrella based in Yanchep, Western Australia.
We house a range of small, handmade and design‑focused brands — each with its own personality, but all sharing the same values of quality, care, and authenticity.

When you shop with any of our brands (including PIC), you are purchasing from Del Collective.

 

1.2 Products

Many of our products — especially those from PIC — are handmade.
This means:

• Slight variations in colour, size, or design are normal

• No two items are exactly the same

• These variations are part of the charm and individuality of handmade goods

Product descriptions and photos are provided as accurately as possible, but small differences may occur.

 

1.3 Orders & Payment

We accept:

• PayPal

• Credit/debit cards

• EFT bank transfer (where available)

All prices are listed in AUD.
Orders are processed once payment has cleared.

 

1.4 Shipping

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Delivery estimates:

• Australia: Up to 10 business days

• International: 2–4 weeks (customs or postal delays may occur)

Tracking will be provided where available.

 

1.5 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you receive.
We accept returns for:

• Items that arrive damaged or faulty

• You must contact us within 5 days of delivery with photo evidence

We DO NOT accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Personalised or custom-made items

• Items that show normal handmade variations

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

 

1.6 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, branding, and images across Del Collective and its sub‑brands (including PIC) are owned by Del Collective.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.
